Terms of Use
Welcome to Evolve+.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Evolve+ website, learning portal, mock tests, study materials, question banks, digital resources and related services.
By creating an account, purchasing a product or service, accessing paid content, or otherwise using Evolve+, you agree to these Terms of Use together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.
1. About Evolve+
Evolve+ is an independent educational platform providing resources for competitive examinations, including mock tests, previous-year-question-based practice, study materials, current affairs, notes and related learning services.
Evolve+ is an independent educational initiative and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by, or officially connected with KPSC, UPSC, any Public Service Commission, examination authority, government department or other government body, unless expressly stated otherwise.
References to examinations such as KPSC, UPSC, KAS or other competitive examinations are used only to describe the examination for which our educational resources are intended.
Mock tests, questions, explanations, notes, analyses and study resources prepared by Evolve+ are educational materials and should not be treated as official examination papers, notifications, answer keys or government publications.
2. Eligibility and account registration
You may be required to create an account to access certain features or paid resources.
When creating or using an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Maintain only one personal account unless otherwise permitted by Evolve+.
- Keep your login credentials, passwords and authentication codes confidential.
- Not permit another person to access paid resources through your account.
- Inform us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless such activity results from a security failure attributable to Evolve+.
3. Personal use only
Your Evolve+ account and all purchased educational resources are intended solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use.
You must not:
- Share your account or login credentials with another person.
- Sell, rent, transfer or commercially exploit your account.
- Share paid PDFs, notes, tests, question banks or other restricted resources with persons who have not purchased or been granted access to them.
- Systematically copy, reproduce or redistribute Evolve+ content.
- Upload paid material to messaging groups, websites, cloud drives, social-media platforms or file-sharing services.
- Record, scrape, extract or reproduce substantial portions of the platform using automated tools.
- Circumvent access restrictions or other technical measures used to protect the platform.
Evolve+ may temporarily restrict, suspend or terminate an account where there is reasonable evidence of unauthorised sharing, misuse, fraud or material breach of these Terms.
Where appropriate, we may contact the user and seek clarification before taking permanent action.
4. Payments and pricing
Prices for paid products and services will ordinarily be displayed in Indian Rupees (₹).
Payment methods available on the platform may include UPI and such other payment methods as Evolve+ may introduce from time to time.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- Payment information submitted by you is accurate.
- The correct amount is paid for the intended product or service.
- Any UPI Transaction Reference Number (UTR) or other payment reference submitted by you is genuine and relates to the relevant transaction.
Evolve+ may verify a transaction before providing access.
Submission of false, altered or misleading payment information may result in suspension of the relevant account.
5. Access to purchased content
Where payment verification is required, access will ordinarily be enabled after successful verification of the payment.
Most payments may be verified quickly; however, access may occasionally take longer due to:
- Payment-gateway or banking delays.
- Incorrect or incomplete transaction information.
- Technical issues.
- Manual payment reconciliation.
- Maintenance or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If payment has been successfully made but access has not been provided within the period specified in our Refund Policy, you may contact us for assistance or request a refund where eligible.
6. Validity of passes, courses and subscriptions
The validity period of a pass, test series, course, subscription or other paid product will be stated on the relevant product page, purchase screen or offer description.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Access is limited to the validity period associated with that product.
- Validity begins from the date specified at the time of purchase or activation.
- Unused access does not automatically extend beyond the validity period.
- Expired access may require a fresh purchase.
Where a pass expressly states that additional tests or papers introduced during its validity period are included, eligible users will receive access to those additions without an additional charge.
Evolve+ may introduce new products, categories, premium resources or separately priced services that are not included in an existing pass.
7. Mock tests and examination simulation
Mock tests are designed for practice and examination preparation.
Any score, percentile, rank, prediction, performance indicator or analytical result shown by Evolve+ is intended only as an educational aid.
Such results:
- Do not constitute an official examination result.
- Do not guarantee a particular score, rank, selection or outcome in an actual examination.
- May depend on the number and characteristics of users who have attempted a particular test.
- May be recalculated if a question, answer key or scoring issue is corrected.
8. Accuracy and correction of educational content
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that questions, answer keys, explanations, notes and other educational resources are accurate and useful.
However, competitive-examination material frequently involves:
- Changes in laws and government policies.
- Revised statistics or economic data.
- Updates to current affairs.
- Differences between authoritative sources.
- Changes in official answer keys or judicial interpretation.
- Typographical or technical errors.
Accordingly, Evolve+ does not warrant that every item of content will always be completely error-free or current.
Where a material error is identified, we may correct the relevant question, answer, explanation or resource.
Corrections may be made without prior notice where necessary to maintain academic accuracy.
9. Official sources prevail
Where Evolve+ content concerns:
- Examination notifications
- Eligibility conditions
- Syllabi
- Examination dates
- Reservation rules
- Government schemes
- Recruitment conditions
- Official answer keys
- Laws, rules or regulations
users should verify important information from the relevant official authority or government source.
In the event of any conflict between Evolve+ educational content and an official notification, order, rule, statute, answer key or government publication, the official source will prevail.
10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, the original content developed by Evolve+, including:
- Mock-test questions
- Explanations
- Compilations
- Notes
- Study material
- Tables
- Graphics
- Test structures
- Performance-analysis formats
- Original PDFs
- Website content
- Logos, branding and design elements
is owned by or licensed to Evolve+ and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Purchase of a product provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the material for your own preparation.
It does not transfer ownership of the material or grant a right to reproduce or commercially distribute it.
11. Third-party and public-source material
Evolve+ may refer to publicly available information, government publications, reports, examination questions, statutes, judgments, economic data or other third-party material for educational purposes.
All rights in third-party material remain with their respective owners.
Reference to a third-party organisation, examination authority, publication or website does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation with Evolve+.
12. Previous Year Questions
Where previous examination questions are reproduced, discussed, adapted or used for educational analysis, they are presented for examination preparation, commentary, practice or academic reference.
Evolve+ does not represent such questions as being originally created by Evolve+.
Any official examination papers and associated rights remain attributable to their respective examination authorities or rights holders.
13. Prohibited activities
You must not use Evolve+ to:
- Gain unauthorised access to another account.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the platform.
- Introduce malware, malicious scripts or harmful code.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or defeat security controls.
- Use automated scraping or extraction tools without permission.
- Engage in fraudulent payment activity.
- Impersonate another person.
- Use platform content in a manner that infringes intellectual-property rights.
- Use Evolve+ for any unlawful purpose.
14. Availability of the service
We aim to keep the Evolve+ platform available and functional.
However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Access may occasionally be limited or interrupted due to:
- Scheduled maintenance.
- Software upgrades.
- Hosting or server issues.
- Cybersecurity incidents.
- Banking or payment-network disruptions.
- Internet or telecommunications failures.
- Force majeure events.
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, we will seek to restore affected services promptly.
15. Changes to tests, courses and platform features
We may periodically improve, reorganise or update:
- Test interfaces.
- Course structures.
- Question banks.
- Study materials.
- Dashboard features.
- Performance analytics.
- Product names or categories.
- Platform functionality.
Such changes may be made where they do not materially deprive a user of a paid service already purchased.
If a paid product is materially discontinued and a reasonably equivalent service cannot be provided, the matter will be dealt with in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
16. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the separate Evolve+ Refund Policy.
In general, digital resources that have already been accessed and tests that have already been attempted are ordinarily non-refundable, subject to the exceptions and protections set out in that policy and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any consumer right that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
17. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe that a user has:
- Shared an account or paid material without authorisation.
- Submitted fraudulent payment information.
- Attempted to compromise platform security.
- Engaged in abusive or unlawful conduct.
- Materially violated these Terms.
Where appropriate, the nature and seriousness of the violation will be considered before permanent termination.
Termination for serious misuse may result in loss of access to purchased materials, subject to applicable consumer law.
18. Disclaimer regarding examination outcomes
Evolve+ provides educational and examination-preparation services only.
We do not guarantee:
- Selection in any examination.
- Any specific score or rank.
- Appointment to a government post.
- Success in an interview or recruitment process.
- That particular questions or topics will appear in an examination.
Performance in an examination depends on several factors beyond the control of Evolve+.
19. Limitation of liability
Evolve+ will take reasonable steps to provide its services as described.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Evolve+ will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from use of the platform or reliance on educational material.
Where liability lawfully arises in relation to a particular paid product or service, Evolve+'s aggregate liability will ordinarily not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for that specific product or service.
20. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Evolve+ Privacy Policy.
By using the platform, you acknowledge that certain information is necessary for account administration, authentication, payment verification, test processing, progress tracking and provision of the service.
21. Communications
By creating an account, you agree that Evolve+ may send communications reasonably necessary for providing the service, including:
- Login and authentication messages.
- Payment confirmations.
- Access notifications.
- Test-related notifications.
- Security alerts.
- Support communications.
- Important changes to the platform or applicable policies.
Promotional communications, where used, will be handled separately in accordance with applicable law and available user preferences.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in:
- Our services.
- Platform functionality.
- Legal or regulatory requirements.
- Security practices.
- Business operations.
Material changes may be communicated through the website, dashboard, email or another appropriate method.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights already accrued to a user under applicable law.
23. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to any rights available to consumers under applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Evolve+ will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from approaching any forum, commission or authority that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer-protection or other law.

25. General provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Failure by Evolve+ to enforce any provision on one occasion does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and any product-specific conditions displayed at the time of purchase, form the terms governing your use of Evolve+.
